Data Visualization Design

As much as we are highly skilled in storytelling, we believe the key to understanding complex data is ensuring that it is understood and resonates with stakeholders; this includes the foundational capabilities of designing and building interactive dashboards and reports that allow users to easily explore and understand complex data in a visually engaging and informative way. Our data visualization offererings may include but are not limited to: building and implementing data visualizations using technologies and platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, and R., and in the most general terms, the provision of interactive tools to explore and discover insights from data to inform and provide context to the data being presented​.

Data Science

Beyond enhancing user research, we deploy predictive modeling by using statical and machine learning techniques to build models to identify patterns, anomalies, trends and forecast future performance and outcomes. We also offer consulting services to help clients understand how data science can be used to solve specific business problems and develop data science strategies. Data management and governance is equally important. We offer services to help clients manage and organize their data, such as data warehousing, data cleaning, and data governance.

Predictive AI and ML Modeling

Accessibility Framework Development

Just as important as ethical policy development, accessibility framework development is key to everything we do. We create guidelines and standards for designing and building digital products and services that are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Beyond developing recommendations for contrast, text size, color use, and other design elements that can affect accessibility, we also conduct accessibility testing to ensure that our clients' products and solutions are accessible to users with disabilities, and audit for accessibility compliance with standards such as WCAG 2.0 and 2.1, Section 508, and others, depending on the region and industry.​
